The Northern League is no more.

With the departure of 5 clubs (Fargo, Gary, Kansas City and Winnipeg to the American Association, Rockford back to the Frontier League, closures of 2 others (Joliet and Schaumburg) and the departure of the last one remaining the Northern League completely disolved during the winter of 2011.
